2Prytanie inne, für die Semonides S.d. Timesias aus dem Demos
3SounionVI Sekretär war; im Hekatombaion am elften, dem
4elften (Tag) der Prytanie; Haupt-Volksversammlung; von den Vorsitzenden
5leitete die Abstimmung T- - S.d. - - - aus dem Demos - - -
6und seine Mitvorsitzenden. Beschluss von Rat und Volk;
7Promenes S.d. Promenes aus dem Demos Kephale stellte den Antrag: Worüber
8Bericht erstattet der Priester des Zeus Soter, nämlich über
9die Opfer, die er opferte zum Heil des Rates dem Zeus
10Soter und der Athena Soteira, zu Glück
11und Heil!, wolle beschließen der Rat: dass die Vorsitzenden, die
12erlost sein werden zum Vorsitz im Volk für die
13kommende Volksversammlung, einführen den Priester
14des Zeus Soter vor das Volk unter dem Punkt „Sakrales“
15und verhandeln lassen und die Beschlussvorlage des Rates
16in die Volksversammlung einbringen, wonach der Rat es für gut befindet,
17dass der Rat und das Volk das Gute billigen, das nach dem Bericht
18des Priesters geschehen ist bei den Opfern, die er opferte
19für das Heil und die Rettung des Rates und des
20Volkes; – Da der Priester auch bei den Einschreibungs-Feiern
21geopfert hat für die Rettung des Rates und des Volkes in guter
22und ehrgeiziger Weise: dass man belobige den Priester des Zeus
23Soter, - - - S.d. - - - aus dem Demos Kerameis, und
24ihn bekränze mit einem Olivenkranz wegen seiner Frömmigkeit
25gegenüber den Göttern und seines Ehrgeizes für den
26Rat und das Volk; dass diesen Beschluss der
27Sekretär, der während der Prytanie amtiert, aufzeichne auf
28eine steinerne Stele und aufstelle bei der Säulenhalle des
29Zeus; dass für die Aufzeichnung auf die Stele die Finanzverwalter

8what the priest of Zeus Soter reports about the
9sacrifices which he made for the health of the Council to Zeus

11fortune, the Council shall decide: that the presiding committee
12allotted to preside in the People at
13the next Assembly shall introduce the priest
14of Zeus Soter to the People as an item of the sacred business and
15shall put it on the agenda, and submit the opinion of the Council
16to the People, that it seems good to the Council that the Council and People
17accept the good things which the priest reports
18occurred in the sacrifices which he made
19for the health and preservation of the Council and the People;
20and since the priest made the entry sacrifices
21for the preservation of the Council and the People well
22and with love of honour, to praise the priest of Zeus
23Soter - - - son of - - - of Kerameis, and crown
24him with a foliage crown for his piety
25to the gods and love of honour towards
26the Council and People; and the prytany secretary
27shall inscribe this decree on a stone
28stele and stand it by the stoa of Zeus;
29and for inscribing the stele the board of administrators
